This is a vegan version of a famous British Victoria Sponge Cake.
To make it more nutritious and so you do not feel too guilty of having it, I added some almond flour to the mix.
The name for this cake comes for the name of my niece, Amelia, who turned 18 today, yay! This was a virtual birthday cake for her 😘
