Different muesli for breakfast


Not so much of a recipe this time, more of the idea rather...

No-wheat muesli with blueberries and home-made oat milk.

Quick Oat Milk then:

1 cup of rolled oats;
3 cups of water;
2 tbsp of running honey or other sirup;
2 tbsp of sesame seeds [just to make it more interesting and nutritious]

Blend everything together in a high speed blender for about 40 seconds. DONE! If you want you can strain it through a sieve or a cotton cloth, we like it as it is.

Add some muesli of your choice [ we make our own] and some blueberries or other fruit.
