Mizeria or cucumber salad

This is going to be a green post...
Here is another Polish treat - MIZERIA.

It is a cucumber salad a bit similar to Turkish or Greek tzatziki. The ingredients are anyway.
It is a very refreshing dish. Great on it's own or, as we mainly serve it, as a salad for the second course. Fish or meat - both go well with Mizeria.
It is simple to make and I can not imagine the summer without it!

So what is needed?

fresh cucumber [for two of us I tend to use 2 long cucumbers, because J eats almost all of it as a appetiser before the main course];
creme fraiche;
plain yogurt [I use goat or sheep yogurt, because we like it, but use any of your choice plain yogurt]
dill and chives;
seasoning [salt, chilly, pepper, Vegeta]

1. Slice the cucumber - I do it using a grater:

2. chop herbs and add to the cucumber, season to your taste:

3. add some creme fraiche mixed with yogurt [I do half/half. It is lighter then adding just some cream]
And mix all together so it looks like this:

Yum! Yum! Enjoy :-)
